Account Managers

As an Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while also developing business and generating income. Account Managers are usually the main point of contact for the customer on all corporate and commercial issues. You will also be involved in all services and will be expected to consistently add value to the customer.

You will work closely with other team members to help achieve company objectives.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities will mainly include:

  • Developing and managing complex customer relationships.  

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Draft and produce detailed proposals, and quotations. 

  • Represent BluOcean, Negotiate and sign contracts with customers.

  • Achieve business related targets and results.   

  • Assist with marketing and brand awareness within the market.  

  • Develop and retain relationships with industry professionals.

  • Keep up to date on industry developments related to tech, players, and practices.

These are the main qualifications we are looking for:

  • Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.  

  • Existing strong network of relationships in your region. 

  • Experience selling complex solutions to demanding customers.  

  • Great relationship management skills and ability to grow an account. 

  • Go-getter and results oriented.  

  • Great communications and presentations skills.
