Operations Support Professional

Work location: Singapore

 

General Description: 

 

As the company Operations Support, you will be responsible to support and assist a wide range of operations with a special focus on Account Management, Customer Service, Client Satisfaction, Projects Documentation, and Services Delivery. As part of the team, you will also be expected to assist with office management.

 

Main responsibilities may include:

  • Support Account Managers to prepare quotations, generate reports, follow up on invoices, payment collection, and documentation management.

  • Follow up and coordinate service tickets and troubleshooting for clients.

  • Support the project team, including producing weekly reports, drawings, project coordination, project documents, logistics, and help deliver better project quality.

  • Support the office management and administration.

  • Providing management assistance to the executive team.

  • Proactively help solve problems and build the business.

  • Working with other team members to increase value​.

 

Requirements:

  • Great coordination and organization skills.

  • Strong communication skills and able to work closely with the whole team. 

  • Proactiveness to solve problems.

  • Quick learner

  • Detail and result oriented

  • English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.

  • Located in Singapore.
