Location: Bangalore, India
Reporting to: Regional Finance Manager
You will be responsible of book-keeping and monthly closing, this will include Accounts Payable, Accountant Receivables, banking, tax and compliance. You will support the Indian business and also work together with the larger finance team to assist with regional book-keeping, accounting, and finance tasks.
Main Responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivables, including issuing invoices in accounting system, recording customer payments, and advise Sales team on tax knowledge and follow up for overdue invoices.
Accounts Payables including daily finance operations and payments.
Monthly closing, GL, prepare financial statements and BS schedules.
Prepare weekly AR, AP, cash flow report, and any other ah-hot reports.
Assist in GST and income tax filing, audit, annual compliance, and banking activities.
Assist in group accounting functions.
Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Degree in accountancy or other equivalent qualifications
Solid accounting knowledge, meticulous and detailed oriented
Strong communication skills and able to work closely with the whole team.
Experience in handling full set of accounts is a plus
Professional proficiency in English, including reading and writing.
Experience with IFRS
Experience with solutions and services business, import and international trade will be an advantage.
