As an APAC Systems & Infrastructure Technical Support Engineer, you will be managing the security of a site. This includes providing response management for security incidents and maintaining smooth security system operations. Provide security advice to relevant stakeholders. You will ensure customers have the best possible experience and have the highest quality of services.
Responsibilities will mainly include:
Single point of contact on site security matters for advice and/or response.
Supporting Global Security to implement security policies and procedures.
Incident/Emergency response management on site.
Manage security system daily operations including access control, CCTV, alarm and other related systems.
Support security systems installation, maintenance & repair work with vendors when required.
Alarm monitoring and alarm response management.
Provide security system and operation reports per client’s requirements.
These are the main qualifications we are looking for:
Diploma or above in Security, Electronic, Computer, or Automatisation;
Candidates with over 3 years of experience in security technical support and site operations management are preferred.
Genetec certification is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as coordination skills;
Client-oriented, focused on client service;
Basic IT knowledge for hardware, network and database;
Good English skills (listening, oral, reading and writing). Can communicate easily by speaking and writing. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
