Sales Director, India

As the Sales Director, you will primarily be responsible for building up sales capacity for the country, identifying and developing new customer relationships and business opportunities; maintain and develop existing accounts for more opportunities. You will be active in the market, expanding name recognition and creating leads that will result in long-term value.

The Sales Director will work closely with other team members – mainly executives, project management, marketing, sales, account management, and services. Main Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the team to achieve annual sales targets, profit targets, and service revenue targets; ensure project delivery in India.
- Business development, aggressively approach new customers and generate new sales leads/opportunities.
- Arrange business meetings and conduct presentations to potential customers.
- Create quotations and sales proposals according to BluOcean standards.
- Negotiate and sign contracts on behalf of BluOcean.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new customers and existing customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
- Learn the latest security technologies and solutions.
- Assist the project team and other internal teams to implement the projects smoothly.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction at all times.
- Support company marketing events, increase BluOcean market awareness, and name recognition in the market.
- Keep up to date on industry developments related to tech, players, and practices.

- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Experience selling complex solutions to demanding customers.
- Experience in an international company is a clear advantage
- Great relationship management skills and the ability to grow an account.
- Go-getter and results-oriented.
- Great communications and presentations skills.
