Bart Vansevenant -- GM Presence Control and Cyber Security Solutions at RightCrowd

Bart Vansevenant is responsible for Product Innovation at RightCrowd. In his role, he leads the presence control and cybersecurity solutions of the company. Early 2019 RightCrowd acquired physical security start-up Ticto, which was co-founded by Vansevenant in 2015. Prior to starting up Ticto, Vansevenant spent 15 years in the cybersecurity market. He was CMO at cybersecurity start-up Catbird. Prior to Catbird, he was Executive Director of the Global Security Organization at Verizon, responsible for strategy, product management, and development for the company's cybersecurity portfolio worldwide. Prior to Verizon, he held executive roles in Cybertrust and in Europe’s pioneer in Managed Security Services Ubizen. Vansevenant also worked in various sales, marketing, and product roles at cable company Telenet and at Oracle. Mr. Vansevenant holds a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, and a post-graduate degree in information and communications technology from the University of Namur, Belgium.
