Location: Pune, India
As a Senior Application Engineer, you will manage a team responsible for daily monitoring of the ACS and VSS system server, manage and tracking service tickets, ensure the system is properly operating and maintained, generate the weekly reports, and work with the team to ensure highest client satisfaction.
Responsibilities will mainly include:
Monitoring the VSS Systems Avigilon and ACS Systems Genetec.
Manage the team to run Discrepancy reports; analyze reports; Solve issues where needed; escalate tickets as needed.
Lead the team to review and manage/tracking incidents and reports.
Submit / arrange tickets internally and assign tickets to vendors to support, monitor and maintain records.
Generate weekly alarm reports. Provide analyses and suggest solutions.
Generate weekly door activity reports from the Genetec system.
Other tasks as needed from time to time.
Main qualifications we are interested in:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with Avigilon and Genetec systems.
Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.
Familiar with access control, CCTV, and Alarm system products & system is required.
Be willing to work on client site (embedded within the client's office site).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Service oriented.
Problem solving ability.
Quick Learner.
Good English skills (Listening, oral, reading and writing). Can communicate by speaking and writing. Other languages is an advantage.
