Position: AutoCAD Drafter & Operations Support
General Description:Â
As an AutoCAD Drafter & Operations Support, you will be responsible to support a wide range of sales tasks with a key focus on Customer service, client satisfaction, project documentation, as well as producing high-quality system drawings for clients and project requirements and to support Operations Center in overall service delivery across APAC region.
As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional members to achieve overall organizational objectives, while ensuring a seamless client experience and the highest standards of service delivery.

Main Responsibilities include:
Assist in drafting design documents (including systems design, security equipment installation, position diagrams, schematic drawings, and elevation drawings).
Support Project & Sales team on project weekly reports, preparing project kick off packages, and managing project handover documents, among other project support documents.
Support the Customer Service Ticket system by tracking tickets, providing timely updates, arranging routine maintenance service, and customizing service analysis reports.
Support the project team with creating LSP PO, client reports, project reports, and other communications-related documents.Â
Assist in monitoring and tracking the status of product deliveries, order fulfilment, sales orders, purchase orders, and related processes.
Assist the operations team generate reports, follow up invoices, documentation management, and service ticket coordination;
Support project and service related tasks including equipment delivery tracking, project tracking, service ticket tracking and other operation and service team, follow-up on service ticket status and case troubleshooting coordination.
Provide general assistance to the Local Regional team.
Working with other team members to increase value.

Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD software and drawing is required; knowledge of Bluebeam and BIM (Building Information Modelling) software will be an added advantage.
Diploma (Polytechnic) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related field.
Prior experience in security engineering or computer science is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with good analytical and comprehension abilities.
High level of responsibility with effective time management skills.
Strong coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
