Â
As a Logistic & Operation Support of a fast-growing premium solution company across APAC, you will play a vital role in comprehensive inventory management – ensuring accurate tracking of purchase orders, goods receipt, and equipment issuance.
Â
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing logistic coordination, delivery and collection of materials, prepares shipping documents, liaise with couriers/forwarders, and tracks shipment progress to ensure timely delivery.
Additionally, this will be an exciting evolving role to provide engineering, and operations support by assisting with device pre-programming, documentation, and general logistics planning for project needs. This is a dynamic role full of movement, coordination, and real impact.

Role & Responsibilities:
1.      Store & Inventory Management
·      Track the status of purchase orders and delivery schedules with vendors.
·      Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods against purchase orders.
·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all equipment, tools, and demo units.
·      Handle equipment issuance and return from engineers and subcontractors, ensuring accountability and proper documentation.
·      Conduct periodic stock checks and report damages or discrepancies.
·      Ensure proper labelling, organization, and safe storage of all equipment.
·      Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of the warehouse at all times.
2.      Logistics Coordination
·      Arrange and coordinate the delivery and collection of materials.
·      Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and packing lists for in and outgoing shipments.
·      Liaise with forwarders and couriers to ensure timely delivery.
·      Track shipment status and update internal teams on any delays or issues.
3.      Engineering Pre-Programming & Operations Support
·      Assist engineers with pre-programming and setup of devices.
·      Support project documentation and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and logistics planning as assigned.

Qualification & Competencies:
·      Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
·      1–2 years of experience in inventory or operations (Fresh graduates are welcome too!)
·      Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail, high accuracy, and follow-up
·      Excellent communication and coordination skills — you make things happen!
·      Proficient English skills, both written and verbal. Other language such as Mandarin, will be added advantage.
·      Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical individuals.
·      Able to interact professionally at all levels and across diverse cultures.
·      Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
·      Strong coordination within all business functions and results driven.
·      Effective problem resolution skills.
·      Able to work independently with little supervision.
·      Consistently delivers on commitments and achieves expected business results.
·      Self-motivated and initiative driven.
·      Computer skills; Microsoft Office, ERP, Inventory software system, other programming - SQL and Java (added advantage).
