As an Operations Support professional, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities related to operations including sales support, project operation support, procurement and logistic support, and customer service ticket support. As part of the team, you will be responsible for achieving high level of client satisfaction together with other team members.
Responsibilities will mainly include:
Assist Operations Support Centre daily operations and work to improve efficiency.
Support the Customer Service Ticket system by tracking tickets, provide timely updates, arrange routine maintenance service visits, and customize service analysis reports.
Support and track the status of product delivery, fulfilment, sales orders, and purchasing orders, etc.
Support purchasing and logistics.
Support the project team with client reports, project reports and other communications related documents.
Support Sales to prepare quotations, generate reports, follow up on invoices, payment collections, and documentation management as needed.
Proactively help solve problems and build the business.
Working with other team members to increase value.
