Project Engineer

Location: India, Australia, Singapore

As a Project Engineer our main responsibility will be to deliver excellent projects to the highest standards while also ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes working with related parties internally and on-site to coordinate the project delivery. You will supervise all subcontractors and oversee the whole process of a project. This is a challenging yet very interesting and rewarding position.

Responsibilities mainly include:

• Implement security projects according to BluOcean standards and achieve the highest client satisfaction.

• Testing and commissioning security systems for BluOcean customers. 

• Produce programming matrix and testing plans for security projects and services. 

• Work with related parties to ensure excellent security system installation and on-site coordination. 

• Provide technical support for the sales team as required. 

• Provide system design and consultation for customers when required. 

• Provide system training to customers. 

• Provide service troubleshooting, routine maintenance, power shutdown, and other maintenance-related services to BluOcean customers. 

• Produce service reports to customers on time. 

• Support overseas projects and service cases remotely or in person as required. 

• Travel overseas when a project or service case requires. 

• To provide weekend or after-hours standby for BluOcean projects and services when needed. 

• Anything else that may be needed from time to time. 
  

Main Qualifications we are looking for:

• Minimal Diploma or Bachelor Degree in relevant field - Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering

• Previous related working experience with strong security system technical and troubleshooting skills is an advantage. Smart new Graduates are also welcome.  

• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.  

• Familiarity with access control, CCTV, and Alarm systems is an advantage.  

• Must be willing to work onsite.  

• Candidates who have project management experience is an advantage.  

• Experience with Lenel, GE, Cisco, S2 systems is a clear advantage.  

• Good communication and coordination skills.  

• Client service-oriented.  

• Quick learning ability.  

• Good English skills (Listening, oral, reading, and writing). Can communicate in speaking and writing. 

• Other languages is an advantage.
