Position: Operations and Admin Support
Work location: Bangalore, India 
Reporting to: Purchasing Lead
 
Overview:
As an Operations & Admin Support, you will be responsible to support a wide range of sales tasks with a key focus on Administration and Office Management matter, Purchasing/ Procurement, Customer service, client satisfaction, Projects documentation, Service delivery and to support Operations Center across APAC region.
 
Main Responsibilities include:
  • Provide local office administrative support to assist with Human Resources, Office Management.
  • Assist the HR team to effectively manage local team administration matters – which includes:
    • New hire Onboarding.
    • BluOcean Uniforms and Laptop tracking.
    • Local offices leasing administration and maintain updated record
    • Employee related Administration: Petty cash, Employee’s Flight and Accommodation Booking, Travel insurance, Travel / Business Visa ; Team Outing and Team coordination – for any activity and welcome meals.
  • Assist the operations team generate reports, follow up invoices, documentation management, and service ticket coordination;
  • Support Purchasing team, Pricing and Negotiation, Logistics, Import and Export, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process.
  • Support Invoicing, and E-way Bill Management.
  • Support service team, follow-up on service ticket status and case troubleshooting coordination.
  • Support the project team to draft weekly reports, drawings, project coordination, and project documents.
  • Provide general assistance to the executive team.
  • Proactively help solve problems and build the business.
  • Working with other team members to increase value​.
 
Requirements:
  • Great coordination, organization, and paperwork management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work closely with different team members. 
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Quick learner
  • Detail oriented.
  • Result oriented.
  • Proficiency both written & oral in English. Other languages is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM 3D drawing is an added advantage [not mandatory]
