Sales Operations Support

General Description

As a Sales & Operations Support, you will be responsible to support a wide range of sales tasks with a key focus on account management, customer service, client satisfaction, projects documentation, and service delivery and to support operations center across APAC region.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Support sales and project teams to draft security equipment lists and BOQs.

  • Support sales team to produce quotations, proposals, reports, and any other sales and project documentation.

  • Follow-up on invoices and payments for sales team.

  • Support service team, follow-up on service ticket status and case troubleshooting coordination.

  • Support the project team to draft weekly reports, drawings, project coordination, and project documents.

  • Provide general assistance to the executive team.

  • Provide general office admin support when needed.

  • Proactively help solve problems and build the business.

  • Working with other team members to increase value​.


  • Great coordination, organization, and paperwork management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and able to work closely with different team members. 

  • Proactive problem solver.

  • Quick learner

  • Detail oriented.

  • Result oriented.

  • Proficiency both written & oral in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

  • Basic knowledge with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM 3D drawing is an added advantage [not mandatory]
