General Description
As a Sales & Operations Support, you will be responsible to support a wide range of sales tasks with a key focus on account management, customer service, client satisfaction, projects documentation, and service delivery and to support operations center across APAC region.
Main Responsibilities include:
Support sales and project teams to draft security equipment lists and BOQs.
Support sales team to produce quotations, proposals, reports, and any other sales and project documentation.
Follow-up on invoices and payments for sales team.
Support service team, follow-up on service ticket status and case troubleshooting coordination.
Support the project team to draft weekly reports, drawings, project coordination, and project documents.
Provide general assistance to the executive team.
Provide general office admin support when needed.
Proactively help solve problems and build the business.
Working with other team members to increase value.
Requirements:
Great coordination, organization, and paperwork management skills.
Strong communication skills and able to work closely with different team members.
Proactive problem solver.
Quick learner
Detail oriented.
Result oriented.
Proficiency both written & oral in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Basic knowledge with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM 3D drawing is an added advantage [not mandatory]
