Location: Pune (India)
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for daily monitoring of the ACS and VSS systems server check/maintenance, manage and tracking service tickets, ensure the system is properly maintained and operating smoothly, generate weekly reports and work with the team to ensure the highest client satisfaction.
Responsibilities will mainly include:
Monitoring the VSS Systems Avigilon and ACS Systems Genetec.
Run Discrepancy Reports and analyze reports; Solve issues as needed; escalate tickets as needed.
Review and manage/tracking of incident reports.
Submit/arrange tickets through the internal system and assign the tickets to vendors to support and keep tracking in good record.
Generate weekly alarm reports and analyze for solutions.
Generate weekly door activity from Genetec.
Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Main qualifications we are interested in:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with Avigilon and Genetec systems.
Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network, and database.
Familiar with access control, CCTV and Alarm system products and systems is required.
Be willing to work onsite (embedded on client office site).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Service oriented.
Problem solving ability.
Quick Learner.
Good English skills (Listening, oral, reading and writing). Can communicate by speaking and writing. Other languages is an advantage.
