Work Location: Client Office in Sydney
Official work Hours: Monday – Friday (9AM – 5 PM); nature of this role will require to work outside of official working hours.
Reporting to: APAC Post Occupancy Manager
Overview:Â
The Post Occupancy Project Manager role will be responsible for the successful delivery of all minor works as direct by the APAC Post Occupancy Manager. Work will include supporting the design, BOM development and liaising with regional VARs and other client’s entities to complete minor works. The roles’ key purpose is to be the central point of contact for security teams for the design and implementation of Project Occupancy project and other minor works.

Responsibilities include:
Understanding of ACS physical design policies
Ensuring DCAF returns
Designing Post Occupancy (A&A) and minor works to ACS policy
Develop BOM (Bill of Materials) and issue to vendors for quoting
Compare quotes against historical data and/or with in place contracts
Coordinate with client’s entities and stakeholders for works completion and testing and commissioning
Compare vendor invoices against quotes and/or services delivered and recommend, reject for payment, or receive for services.
