As the HR & Admin Support, you will be responsible to assist with Human Resources, Office Managment, and general Operations support. Tasks will be related to HR, Customer Services, Administration and Office Management, and other business support as needed.


This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience in a fast growing and professional working environment. You will be involved with company operations, and work with a group of passionate, energetic, creative professionals!


Main Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the HR team to effectively manage hiring, training, joining procedures, company activities, website, people’s benefits, files management, and more;

  • Be responsible for the office management and administration matters;

  • Help build and maintain a dynamic and unique company culture;

  • Assist the operations and sales with preparing quotations, generate reports, follow up invoices, documentation management, and service ticket coordination;

  • Proactively help solve problems;

  • Working with other team members to increase value.


Requirements:

  • Great coordination & organization skills.

  • Strong communication skills and able to work closely with the whole team.

  • Proactiveness to solve problems.

  • Quick learner.

  • Detail and result oriented.

  • English proficiency is essential.

  • Located in Singapore.
