Location: India, Australia
As a Senior Project Engineer/ Assistant Project manager, your main responsibility will be to deliver excellent projects to the highest standards while also ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes working with related parties internally and on-site to coordinate the project delivery. You will supervise all subcontractors and oversee the whole process of a project. This is a challenging yet very interesting and rewarding position.
Responsibilities mainly include:
Execute complete high-end complex projects for demanding customers in major locations in Asia. According to specific standards and tight schedules.
Manage sub-contractors on site. Conduct site coordination meetings, quality control and management.
Be a consultant to customers including design, system selections, programing, and product life-cycle.
Be the main point of contact with the customer.
Assist in the optimizing the project management standards and procedures; Train and guide junior project managers as needed.
Assist the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives
Provide ideas for improvements​.
Main Qualifications we are looking for:
Great communicator. Ability to communicate and coordinate among various parties.
Ability to get things done within a tight schedule.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Proven Experience managing large multi-site projects involving multiple sub-system and demanding customers.
Familiar with access control, CCTV and alarm systems.
Past experience with Lenel, GE, Cisco, S2 systems is a clear advantage.
Client service oriented.
